Engadget reports on this swanky Japanese restaurant in London that projects an interactive menu onto their touch-sensitive tables. Patrons can scroll through items and see what they'd look on their plate before ordering (which you can do too).
Although I'm sure many touch technologies can do this, Displax's touch film can certainly be used to pull this off pretty easily.
