The Platt Retail Institute performed a study in the Retail Finance sector finding that Digital Signage network returns in a financial institution can be substantial. According to Steven Platt “the test itself established the significance of bank deployed digital signage on four separate measurement platforms; awareness, customer experience, productivity enhancements, and revenue/service return contributions”.
